Carolyn Beckedorff is a Mental Performance Consultant with a unique blend of athletic and business experiences, particularly in alpine ski racing. She understands the pressures faced on and off the slopes, and she is dedicated to nurturing overall wellbeing to help clients achieve peak performance. Through personalized, evidence-based strategies, Carolyn guides athletes, coaches, parents, and professionals through a transformative process that builds resilience and fosters joy in the journey.

As a former Division 1 athlete in alpine skiing and soccer, 20+ year career as a hedge-fund trader, collegiate ski coach, master's athlete, wife of a professional coach and parent of an elite athlete, Carolyn has a deep understanding of high-stakes environments and the mental demands they present.

Carolyn serves as the Mental Performance Coach for U.S. World Cup ski racer Patrick Kenney, the Colby College Alpine Team, and other athletes in sports such as soccer, basketball, and volleyball, as well as professionals in finance, law, and medicine.

Carolyn's approach emphasizes resilience, emotional regulation, and a strong mental foundation, which are essential for achieving peak performance and life satisfaction.
