Mike Maher
As a teacher, coach, administrator at The Taft School, former Head at Berkshire School and current Head at Northwood School, I have spent my entire professional life working with high school students. In addition to my work in schools, I founded National Hockey Training and The Kerry Cup; both programs are dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities for kids.
Now in partnership with former Olympian, Tommy Biesemeyer, I’m taking this passion for providing high school students with memorable experiences and life-changing opportunities to the world of skiing. By exposing high school skiers to exceptional mentors and coaches and a unique and dynamic ski experience in Switzerland, The College Cup does just that. I look forward to you joining us this summer for an unforgettable experience.

After competing on the World Cup for 12 years and representing Team USA at the 2018 Olympics, I have gained a deep understanding of the power of goal setting and commitment. As I transitioned from competition, my current roles as Executive Director of the World Cup Dreams Foundation and Director of Snowsports at Northwood School reflect my dedication to advancing athletes' goals.
The launch of the College Cup aligns with Mike Maher and my shared passion for helping young athletes reach their full potential. By providing a unique opportunity to build relationships with college coaches and understand the steps needed to join an NCAA Ski Team, we are offering athletes and their families a clear path toward success. I am honored to be a part of your journey and to welcome you to this unique experience.
